- We will not double or triple book. When we schedule your appointment, our time and attention is yours.
To achieve the above, we require a parallel commitment from our patients.
- Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. So we don’t run into the next patient’s appointment time, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment in case there are any questions or paperwork that needs updating.
- Pay for treatment at the time of service. To keep our quality high and our costs low, we require that all treatment is paid for at the time of service. To be able to offer this type of care affordably, Care Credit and other financing options are available, please ask us.
- Pay a $50 broken appointment Fee. The doctor and staff have made special preparations for your appointment and have exclusively reserved time for your treatment. We will charge a $50 broken appointment fee if less than a 48-hour notice is given.
